My name is Ms Deborah Rogers (ABN: 84 547 232 336) and I provide intuitive voice coaching, mentoring, training and support including, but not limited to, 1:1 coaching and training, live workshops, masterclasses and courses. My services are designed to empower soul-driven women entrepreneurs to discover their authentic voices, align with their truest and highest selves, and create meaningful impact through their businesses and lives.

I am committed to the highest standards of integrity, authenticity, and professionalism. While the industries I work in are largely unregulated, I adhere to my personal Code of Ethics, prioritising the well-being and growth of my clients.

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for using my services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when working with me. By engaging with my services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you disagree, please notify me before proceeding.

My services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

This disclaimer applies to all products and services offered, including:

1:1 Coaching & Mentoring

Personalised coaching tailored to your specific needs, focusing on vocal alignment, business strategy, and spiritual growth. Sessions may be purchased individually or as part of a package.

Suggested starting point: a 1.5 hour intensive session, followed by a minimum of 2 additional sessions. Customised packages are available by application and interview only.

Workshops & Retreats

Workshops and retreats are immersive experiences designed to foster personal and professional growth, connection, and transformation. These may take place online, in-person, or in destination settings.

Courses & Online Memberships

Programs may include guided meditations, group coaching, resources, and access to a private online community. Memberships operate on a subscription basis.

My work is informed by these credentials, though I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Responsibilities

My role is to provide guidance, tools, and support to empower you in your journey. I do not claim to heal, treat, or diagnose any condition. My services are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.

Results vary and depend on the client's commitment and effort. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of my services. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional advice when necessary. In no event will my liability exceed the fees paid for the services in question.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them without my explicit written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal information is secure and confidential. For more details, please review my Privacy Policy.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All payments must be made upfront before services are rendered. Payment options include credit card or bank transfer (processed via Stripe).

DELIVERY & RESCHEDULING

Services are primarily delivered online via Zoom or equivalent platforms. Ensure you have the necessary software installed before sessions. Packages must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or services. Packages and programs are non-refundable once commenced. If concerns arise, contact me to discuss options.

Coaching/Mentoring

I do not offer a refund to 1:1 clients who change their mind. If you are unsure about working with me 1:1, I strongly recommend you book a discovery call/interview so we can both assess the suitability of working together. If partial payment has been made, the remaining balance will not be payable.

Clients who accept a place for a 3 or 6 month package, are entering into a 3 or 6 month financial commitment. Once the package commences it is a requirement that all payments must be made for the 3 or 6 month period. Payment options include monthly and upfront. Weekly payment options may be available and are offered at discretion. No refunds are available.

Courses/Program

If you purchase a course/program and realise that it is not right for you, I will refund according to any course materials not yet taught, minus stripe fees and a 25% admin fee. This refund condition excludes email courses or instant access courses. To request a refund, please make contact via email within 14 days of purchasing, and myself or one of my team members will be in touch to organise your refund.

No refunds are provided for any digital product, as they are instant purchase and therefore, accessible for

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be addressed through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. Litigation is a last resort. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, the primary location for my business.
